This training is held over 4 hours.

Beating Burnout – Reclaiming Energy and Focus is a powerful, evidence-informed workshop designed to help individuals better understand the causes of burnout and take practical, sustainable steps toward recovery. In today’s fast-paced world, many high-achieving professionals and caregivers find themselves constantly drained, overwhelmed, or disengaged — often without realising that burnout is at the root. This 4-hour interactive experience goes beyond surface-level tips to explore the deeper emotional, psychological, and systemic contributors to burnout, using the World Health Organisation’s definition as a foundation.

Throughout the session, participants are guided through a blend of reflective exercises, real-time self-assessments, and small-group conversations. Activities such as the Burnout Inventory, energy audits, and values alignment worksheets invite honest self-exploration, while practical tools like boundary-setting role plays and “Stop–Start–Continue” journaling help translate insight into action. Participants are encouraged to reflect not only on their personal experiences but also to learn from one another, normalising the struggle and building connection in the process.

The workshop is structured around four essential pillars of burnout resilience: Boundaries, Rest, Autonomy, and Connection. Each pillar is explored through hands-on activities and real-life application, giving attendees a practical framework they can begin using immediately. Guided breathing, short visualisations, and moments of quiet reflection are woven in to model restorative practices in real time. Optional buddy systems and personal goal-setting exercises offer gentle accountability beyond the workshop.

By the end of the session, each participant will walk away with a clear sense of what drains and restores their energy, a personalised recovery goal, and tools to sustain focus, motivation, and well-being. Whether you're a manager hoping to better support your team, or an individual feeling worn down by constant demands, this workshop is a compassionate, practical path toward reclaiming your energy and your sense of self.
