Equality and Diversity Workshop

Our Equality & Diversity Workshop is a reflective, interactive 3-4 hour session designed to deepen awareness and confidence in promoting inclusion and fairness. Together, we explore what equality and diversity truly mean in practice, looking beyond policies to the everyday language, attitudes, and behaviours that shape belonging. Participants learn about the 9 Protected Characteristics under the Equality Act 2010, and how unconscious bias, privilege, and assumptions can influence relationships and decision-making.

Through guided discussion, real-life scenarios, and experiential activities, this workshop offers space to reflect, learn, and develop practical tools for creating more respectful, inclusive environments. It’s ideal for individuals and teams across all sectors who want to strengthen inclusive practice, support safer spaces, and ensure everyone feels valued and heard.

Outcome: Participants leave with greater understanding, practical strategies, and a renewed commitment to embedding equality and diversity in everyday work and life.

A certificate of attendance is issued upon completion.
