Meet Milo Our Therapy Dog and Barney Our Therapy Dog in Training.

This is Milo our therapy dog (top photo). And Barney Milo's brother a therapy dog in training.
Milo is just over 5 years old and is adapting to working as a therapy dog. Although he is still in training he has already done some amazing work with the clients of Listening 2 U. He is a labradoodle and is full of fun and he gets a reward of his favourite ball to play with as part of his training. Milo has already worked well with people who have suffered from anxiety and depression. He has also attended court to support a client. Barney
Barney is under a year he is growing fast and he is learning well. Sometimes he forgets where he is and does zoomies around the room but he soon calms down.
He will be working towards his PAT training when he is old enough. He will also be working in all different types of environments once fully trained.
He has a calming influence, a fun out look on life and is very empathic if someone is upset. He has a natural instinct to know what people need. He loves to be stroked. Both Milo and Barney do not
shed their coat so they are hypoallergenic. |
